Aussie bush tucker at it’s finest. I just love lilly pilly, which taste sweet, tart and peppery. There are so many varieties. I came across a massive tree filled with lilly pilly fruits, so I decided to make some quick jam. Less sugar, a lot healthier. It’s not as thick as traditional jams, but it’s so yum!
